As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be the key part of how our operating rooms care for our patients. Surgery would not be possible if it were not for Sterile Processing Technicians. A whole team relies on you to successfully set up the operating room. You will be working frontline to ensure the safety of patients. Your primary duties include: • Assembling, sterilizing, organizing, packing, and wrapping all surgical instruments. • Standing and lifting for extended periods of time. • Understanding the importance of the decontamination process. •Monitoring and controlling the surgical instrument inventory.
